ON Semiconductor IT Desk Support in Toulouse, France
ON Semiconductor is seeking an independent and motivated customer service professional to join the Service Desk team located in Toulouse, France.
The role of the Service Desk technician, Desk Side Support, is to ensure the proper functioning of company computer hardware and software as well as the smartphone fleet. The support activities to the end users include purchasing, installing, configuring, maintaining, updating and troubleshooting following the service desk procedures and ticketing system. You will also collaborate with the local and global team on various projects and missions. As a Service Desk technician you will have the opportunity to support and work with the different internal organizations throughout Europe.
- Bachelor’s degree with a technical specialization, such as engineering or computer science OR 2 to 5 years’ experience in Help Desk or Deskside support positions.
Experience in IT support: support desk side, OS workstations (Windows, Mac), Multiple Mobile OS (Android, iOS), network, impressions, etc.
Good knowledge of computer cabling, printers, scanners, projectors, networks, digital and analogue telephony, VoIP and other technologies.
Experience in one or more of the following would be a plus: Active Directory, Group Policies, SCCM, IIS, Scripting, HW Server, Linux, Microsoft Systems Administration / System Engineer certification
Good interpersonal skills
Effective and easy cooperation with the entire population including management
