We are seeking a self-driven and motivated professional to join the Global Supply Chain Operations team at our site in Shenzhen, China. As the Next Generation Supply Chain Data and Reporting BI Developer, you develop solutions in alignment with stakeholders’ requirements that aligned to enterprise-wide strategies and are critical to informed decision making. Performance Objectives:
Generate ad hoc reports and regular datasets or report information for end-users using system tools and database or data warehouse queries and scripts Assure integration between functional Supply Chain operations tracks
Integrate data from multiple sources to produce requested or required data elements.
Program and maintains report forms and formats, information dashboards, data generators, canned reports and other end-user information portals or resources.
Create specifications for reports based on business requests
Lead program requirements for reporting roadmaps
Assures project ROI and KPIs are defined and achieved
Manage issue resolution and escalation
Build relationships across multiple functional areas and levels in the organization across global locations
Align and execute to project plans
Works with technology organization and business end-users to understand data and analysis needs and develop reporting requirements
Partners with development and data management roles to identify and capture data required from internal and external sources
Uses data visualization programs, tools and techniques to generate dashboards, reports and presentations that aid in data storytelling, understanding and interpretation of trends and patterns of business importance
May provide consultation to users and lead cross-functional teams to address business issues
May directly produce datasets and reports for analysis using system reporting tools
Ensures that reporting strategy aligns with corporate vision
