onsemi ENGR SR, PACKAGE DEVELOPMENT_TL in Shenzhen, China
The candidate must be able to support new design transfers to manufacturing, interacting with Operations team and provide technical expertise when required.
Able to conduct evaluation, qualification, validation runs for packages under development stage and to continuously improve the process and to reduce re-occuring deviations.
Develop, document and execute protocols for package development.
Coordinates and provide technical support and assistance to other departments (Manufacturing, Purchasing, Marketing, Quality team).
Able to perform root cause and data analysis for any technical deviations and provide necessary actions.
Able to create and revise product component and assembly specification.
