ON Semiconductor Customer Support Representative in Shenzhen, China

  • Provide best-in-class service to customers with speed and quality and to achieve win-win situations for customers and ON through cross-functional teamwork with Logistic team, Demand Planners and Marketers.

  • Order Entry, Coordinator (factory interface/ escalation), Customer Advocate (empower customer), Logistics (delivery), Sales (pricing/ pull through marketing), Process Returns / claims, Service Benchmark (OTD Tracking), Relationship Management (professional, personal, frontline public relations).

  • 1- 3 years’ experience, preferably in electronic industry.

  • Microsoft Office, Process mapping, Orders Processing System(in-depth knowledge required), Brio Query.

  • Thorough understand supply chain management.

  • Customer service skills, data analytical and problem solving skills.

  • Able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously, able to balance short and long term goals.

  • BS/BA in Supply Chain Management or related field, or equivalent experience.

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

  • Ability to exhibit patience, tact, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude when addressing complaints and problems from customers.

  • Ability to utilize inventory database, ON Sales and general computer literacy.

  • Fluent written and spoken Korean & English.
