ON Semiconductor Customer Support Representative in Shenzhen, China
Provide best-in-class service to customers with speed and quality and to achieve win-win situations for customers and ON through cross-functional teamwork with Logistic team, Demand Planners and Marketers.
Order Entry, Coordinator (factory interface/ escalation), Customer Advocate (empower customer), Logistics (delivery), Sales (pricing/ pull through marketing), Process Returns / claims, Service Benchmark (OTD Tracking), Relationship Management (professional, personal, frontline public relations).
1- 3 years’ experience, preferably in electronic industry.
Microsoft Office, Process mapping, Orders Processing System(in-depth knowledge required), Brio Query.
Thorough understand supply chain management.
Customer service skills, data analytical and problem solving skills.
Able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously, able to balance short and long term goals.
BS/BA in Supply Chain Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to exhibit patience, tact, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude when addressing complaints and problems from customers.
Ability to utilize inventory database, ON Sales and general computer literacy.
Fluent written and spoken Korean & English.
