ON Semiconductor Customer Support Representative in Shenzhen, China

  • Provide best service customer to build good relationship with customers/end customers and initiate customer escalations on time.

  • Understand customer business process, coordinate effective solutions when there is supply disruptions, review customer forecast as well.

  • Provide on time tactical support to customers, such as quote, order entry & maintenance, sample, shipment follow up, part# cross reference maintenance, OTD performance review and RMR follow up.

  • Meeting with internal/external team to highlight issues and understand the business trend & revenue target.

  • Thorough understand supply chain management.

  • Customer service skills, data analytical and problem solving skills.

  • Able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously, able to balance short and long term goals.

  • BS/BA in Supply Chain Management or related field, or equivalent experience.

  • Fluent spoken &written english&Japanese: with no misunderstanding during communication.
