First point of contact for customer & sales team/stakeholders.
Day-to-day focus & service for customer requirements
Maintains excellent relationship with customers and builds upon relationship
Understands customer business process and supports customer needs
Reviews customer forecast
Initiates customer escalations.
Tactical support for customer supply fulfillment, including backlog management, asset management, etc.
In-depth knowledge of Supply chain management
Utilize database/tools for analyzing and coordinating effective solutions to close the gap for supply disruption.
Ensures timely communication with customer, and internal organizations such as planning, business units, sales and management
Customer Service representative with 2 years experience, preferably in Semiconductor industry
Quoting - MPQ, MOQ, Lead Time, Stock availability
Order management/Backlog (Reschedule & cancellation)
Manage cut-over of orders due to product change requested by internal or external customers
Delivery improvement, shipment follow up and shipment tracking
Daily interface with customers by Phone call, Email, Customer portal etc
Part number cross references maintenance
Device Status Change Requests
RMR processing (RMA/ITAF)
Customer accounts analysis (QlikView)
Reporting – Supply/Demand compliance, Escalation Line Downs, Backlog at Lead Time
Manage Consignment/3PL’s inventory
Required Skills & Attributes:
Fluent written and spoken in English
Intermediate Microsoft Computer skills
Excellent Interpersonal and active listening skills
Multitasking skills and good organizational abilities
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work calmly under high-stress situations
Professional phone presence and excellent written/verbal communication skills
