onsemi Automotive FAE - Graduate Program in Shenzhen, China
Job Description ：
Promote onsemi semiconductor devices in customer new projects, secure the project to design in and design win.
Resolve technical problems with customer RD team in different design phases.
Co-work with field applications engineering team and relevant back-end parties (Business Units & Marketing, Customer Service etc.) to complete the sales cycle including but not limited to competitive analysis, market intelligence and pricing negotiations.
Develops strategic demand creation initiatives to increase new customer count with close collaboration among our catalog partners
Identifies onsemi solutions that can be proactively shared and promoted with an account-based marketing approach
Developing relevant executive relationship with customer’s R&D and sourcing management, coordinate supporting actions and resolve business issues.
Creates proper awareness & accountability within the Business Units to ensure strategies for customer needs are in line with Great China’s business objectives.
