Marketing: Usescreative and innovative approaches to effectively market ON Semiconductor as anemployer of choice
Strategy :Knowledge of ON Semiconductor /Department’s structure and ability to provideadvice to managers on staffing strategies per the market trend to meet goalsaligned with ON Semiconductor/Department’s mission
Recruitment cycle: Canadvise managers and recruiters on outreach activities to draw a diverse pool ofcandidates
Sourcing Process: Canindependently search the qualified candidate per the market knowledge andnetworking.
Employment Decision Process: Understandsand can advise managers on tools/resources that aid in fair and consistentpractices in determining the most Job Relevance qualified candidate
Bachelor’sdegree and with at least 5 years’ experience in recruiting or staffing,employer branding.
Semiconductorsourcing/research experience preferred.
Goodat using internet networking tools, such as Linked-In, Lie Ping, Wechat etc.
