onsemi Process Engineering in Seremban, Malaysia
To provide process engineering support to manufacturing line and responsible for quality, yield, cost and cycle time of the products.
Provide technical leadership and solutions to day-to-day manufacturing issues.
Optimize wafer fab processes using design of experiments and analytical methodologies to improve process and device yield.
Analyze failing wafers with cross functional team to identify root causes including working with suppliers and customers for solutions.
Support manufacturing to achieve best in class cycle time and OTD.
Work with cross functional teams (local and global) as well as across business units on new technology development programs and new part introduction.
Error proof processes to minimize/eliminate human errors.
Error proof tools to minimize/eliminate equipment issues.
Institute effective process controls and work procedures to achieve manufacturing efficiency.
Improve tools and processes with cross functional team, suppliers, and customers.
Good understanding in local applicable laws, any regulations or procedures, standards/codes (RBA, SOX or internal control) and ensure compliance in the work area.
Encourage workers and or to report any kind of violations relating to labor, ethics and EHS.
Other duties as assigned.
