Job Summary:
onsemi is seeking a Talent Data Analyst responsible for providing accurate, reliable, and accessible people and business metrics. As the Talent Data Analyst, you will work closely with HR leadership to provide data solutions for the organization at a global level. The role will also liaise with various cross-functional partners and business stakeholders to effectively organize and distill data, ask appropriate questions to understand hypotheses and requests, and present complex data in a compelling manner.
