Job Summary:

onsemi is seeking a self-driven and motivated professional to join the Global Supply Chain Organization’s Indirect Strategic Sourcing Team. As a Procurement Corporate Services Intern you will have the opportunity to manage vendor relationships within a given industrial segment and pair them with our internal customer requirements (i.e., Business Unit, Manufacturing Facilities). You will work within a thriving group, leveraging $120M+ of annual spend across multiple regions, and collaborating with internal Logistics team on significant decisions. Your contribution will have high visibility and strong impact to onsemi ’s strategy.

What you will be doing:

•Support Team activities such as creating and interpretation reports, creating presentations, organize data and clean preparation.

• Build a Diversity Sourcing Program for our Supplier Base and help finding current suppliers that may be certified.

•Support Team on Sustainability Initiatives for our Zero Emissions onsemi's initiative.

•Contract Management Report updates to verify what is the status for renewals in advance.

•Support Digital Transformation efforts, and work with different Business users.

•Work with SharePoint clean up.

•Meeting Minutes Control in meetings with suppliers to properly organize information and proper repository. Implementation Data Cleansing of Next Generation Procurement System. Dashboard, and data organization for SharePoint. Contract Management. NDA creations. Meeting arrangements with Suppliers and internal Clients. Support on Reporting and Data management.
