Job Summary:

onsemi is seeking a self-driven and motivated professional to join our Reliability team. As a Staff Reliability engineer, you will have the opportunity of leading the qualifications of advanced technologies and participating in a broad range of reliability activities in a highly dynamic working environment. You will be part of multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative products at a high-quality level.

Performance Objectives

• Collaborate with technology development teams for reliability assessments.

• Review existing reliability issues and potential issues with new technologies, materials, or processes.

• Create reliability assessment plans to discover potential reliability issues.

• Conduct statistical data analysis to understand and to report reliability assessment results.

• Collaborate with internal labs for reliability stress tests and failure analyses.

• Develop and implement new reliability test methods with internal labs.

• Design accelerated reliability stress tests to develop or verify reliability stress (acceleration) models.
