onsemi Product Line Manager in Scottsdale, Arizona
Performance Objectives
The successful candidate will:
Manage a portfolio of power products that may include Si IGBTs, SiC in discrete and power modules
Define strategic product roadmaps for high power semiconductor products in fast growing energy infrastructure ( Solar, UPS, ESS, EV-C) and datacenter markets
Responsible for new product revenue forecast and attainment
Develop new product ideas and build business cases for management approvals & execution
Responsible for developing & managing product and customer strategies in line with corporate strategy
Develop and execute new products in coordination with sales and NPD development teams
Responsible for new product launch and go-to market strategies
Ensure strategic alignment of product roadmaps and market strategies
Develop and maintain close relationships with strategic and key customers
Provide pricing and delivery conditions to customers
Contribute articles and create marketing collateral to promote products at launch
