The Technology Development intern will be working closely with the Device Engineering team in Phoenix, AZ to support the development of future medium and high voltage BCD devices. This position will contribute to the electrical characterization of a variety of semiconductor devices and components while using your problem solving skills to help solving engineering problems. This role involves developing solutions for automation and instrument control, as well as understanding semiconductor devices’ operating principals. As a member of the Central Engineering team we highly strive on team work and transparent communication to make sure our efforts benefit the company business.
Bench and Wafer Level Semiconductor Device characterization using a variety of semiconductor parameter analyzers such as Keysight B1500 HPPI TLP..
Analyzing data and compiling reports from electrical measurement results
Develop scrips to help automate data collection and measurement setup
