Sr. Manager of Manufacturing Partner Strategy

As an important member of the ISG organization, this newly formed organization will develop and drive many important initiatives. The Manufacturing partner strategy manager will drive overall product Cost/Yield improvement. The individual will support several critical management initiatives which consist of forward cost forecasting, product cost improvement, and ISG initiated projects. In addition to the above responsibilities, the individual will also be a member of the global relationship management for ISG under the Director of ISG program management. The individual will manage and support finance on cost forecast to ensure for ISG’s future success in Quality, Cost, Yield and Cycle time. The individual will join a fast pace, fast growth organization working on state of the art intelligent imaging products in the Automotive, Consumer, and Industrial segments which also consist of Radar and Lidar products. We are looking for an individual that brings energy, strategy, integrity, and passion to our organization to transform our organization to the next level. The individual will also coordinate and drive cross functional initiatives and continue improve our business processes and systems as well as raise the organizational dynamics. He/she, at times, will provide high caliber presentation to propose detail analysis and plans to our executive team. The Sr. manager of manufacturing partner strategy reports directly to Director of operations and PMO.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and establish Program management forimproving cost for BU, products, and FECTA initiatives for ISG Businesses

  • Support and collaborate with cross functional teamto deliver Forward Cost Model for ISB Business with GSCO, planning, anddivision marketing to achieve model

  • Deliver and establish business process to ensureNPI to achieve world class product ramp schedule, expedite, and deliveries for ourbusiness needs.

  • Build seamless relationship with our externalmanufacturing and internal department to deliver ISG Business Objectives andcommunicate constantly on our future cost requirement in a 3 – 5 year roadmapvia quarterly BU reviews.

  • Manage and deliver KPI and resource matrixreview processes to ensure meeting ISG business objectives.

  • Produce and feedback on competitor benchmarkingcost, technology roadmap for future to give ISG a competitive advantage.

  • Developproduct cost forecasting modeling based on PLBP and establish for multiyearbusiness operation forecast plan for foundry/subcon

  • Proactivecoordinate and manage initiatives to drive closure and provide programmanagement support to ensure meeting our commitment

  • SupportISG on any business requirement as needed to provide problem resolutions

Requirement:

  • BA/BS in Operations or Foundry/Subcon SupplyChain Management or related Field, MBA preferred

  • 10 year of relevant experience in SemiconductorIndustry supply chain and programmanagement

  • Experience in planning and supply chain andunderstand how to drive cost improvement and cost modeling. Result driven,creative and resourceful, experience in delivering strategic solutions

  • Fluent and with in depth understanding inplanning, demand/forecast, forward cost modeling, product deliveries andinventory management

  • Strong communication skill trait, and proventrack record of negotiation, relationship built, program management and drive Quality/costimprovement in our external manufacturers.

  • Experienced in program management, supply chainmanagement systems, and cost model system

  • Self-driven, motivated and excellent in problemsolving skill with exceptional analytical and persuasion on directions

  • Excellent verbal and written communicationskills; ability to present to executive team on BU proposal and plans.

  • Skill in MS Office, proficient in producingpresentation, and ERP systems.

  • Fluent in bilingual preferred.
