onsemi is seeking a self-driven and motivated semiconductor professional to join the automotive team in our DC/DC and PMIC product line of our Advanced Solutions Group, located in San Jose, California. As a Product Marketing Engineer, you will be involved in developing roadmaps, business plans, product development, and customer adoption of our portfolio of Automotive targeted DC/DC regulators. onsemi is major supplier of DC/DC converters and power management ICs working with a broad customer base in the Auto, Compute, Mobile and Industrial markets. The DC/DC and PMIC product line team is fast paced, innovative and quality driven environment where team is first.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
The candidate will own the safety critical automotive DC/DC regulators roadmap, develop value propositions and definitions working with the technical team to build market leading products.
Develop relationships with leading automotive customers to capture market intelligence that drives differentiated product roadmaps and accelerated adoption.
Own the financial analysis and justification to initiate new product development projects.
Provide business leadership as part of the development team to ensure the voice of the customer is heard leading to market leading product developments.
Work with management on strategy planning, revenue forecasting and realization.
