Job Summary
onsemi is seeking a self-driven and motivated organizational change management (OCM) professional to join the IT (Information Technology) team located in Scottsdale, AZ. As an OCM practitioner, you will have the opportunity to assist us with delivering change management solutions for large-scale, strategic programs related to enterprise application, infrastructure and information security deployments. Additionally, you will support the adoption of change management principles using a common framework and methodology. This is a highly visible role with an excellent opportunity for you to work closely with senior management to motivate change for enterprise solutions.
Performance Objectives
Lead Change Management efforts supporting the implementation of Digital Thread transformation initiatives, starting with determination of the change strategy and plans needed to support the program through execution and delivery.
This role will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive change strategies that promote stakeholder and user engagement, minimize resistance, and ensure a smooth transition.
Develop and execute a communication plan that ensures timely, relevant, and transparent communication to all levels of the organization.
Equip functional leaders with tools and resources to support organizational change.
Oversee the development and delivery of training programs to equip end-users with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively use the new system.
Drive faster end-user readiness and adoption of new processes and systems through effective process mapping, communications, training and support resulting in achieving the required business results.
Proactively identify potential areas of resistance and design strategies to mitigate them.
Work with project teams to integrate change management activities into Waterfall or Scrum projects.
Use diverse and compelling methods to communicate effectively and connect with global partners.
Activate and align change agent resources within each region to drive change and enact adherence to process standards.
Requirements:
The successful candidate should meet the following criteria.
Bachelor’s Degree: MBA is a plus.
7 or more years of organizational change management experience in support of large-scale process and technology projects
Experience deploying Prosci’s ADKAR Change Management methodology – or equivalent methodology.
Strong working knowledge of tools, e.g., MS Project, MS Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and others.
Strong understanding of change management methodologies, tools, and best practices
Demonstrate an understanding of project planning in a global, matrixed organization.
Soft skills:
Innate assertiveness, flexibility, initiative, organization, and attention to detail
Able to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization including the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and relatable manner.
Comfortable working in a dynamic/global/matrix environment, often in remote/virtual settings
Positive and proactive, inspiring teams to attain goals and pursue excellence.
Ability to work under pressure and conflicting objectives.
Experienced in negotiating.
