Human Resources Project Manager

HR Project Manager plays a critical role in transforming ON Semiconductor into a higher performing organization. You’ll help manage a series of projects designed to make our HR strategic plan a reality.

This is a multidisciplinary HR position that will require you to tap into your expertise as a project manager, a human resources professional, an analyst and a tech-savvy business process consultant. You’ve got to draw upon your past experience and ability to lead through influence to make improvements happen within this large, complex organization. Play a critical role in transforming ON Semiconductor into a higher performing organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing largescale Programs and Projects in a global environment.

  • Helps gather functionalrequirements to scope projects.

  • Assists in global communicationon project updates or program changes.

  • Assists in completing HRacquisitions tasks to hit key deliverables.

  • Assists in HR acquisition trainingfor newly acquired managers and HR staff

  • Conducts small scale trainingclasses as needed or assists clients with 1:1 service requests.

  • Drives coordination with HRManagers in executing final severance packages for divestitures.

  • Ensures content on SharePointis up-to-date and accurate.

  • Researches HR “best practices”as it relates to the Performance Management Program and driving andadopting change within the M&A program.

  • Makes recommendations forproject and program improvements.

  • Systems/Tools super user for MSProject, Sharepoint and Oracle

  • Assists in creating Test Plans(for system implementation only) and carrying out user testing.

  • Works closely with HRIS and ITfor data, change requests.

  • Helps coordinateCommittee (Exec, Steering, Promotion) activities.

  • Assists in Tech Ladder KPIachievement.

  • Helps develop process maps /flow charts

  • Responsible for creating,editing and storage of training material.

  • Helps create andclose "corrective action plans" for audits.

  • Responsible forreports and analytics as it relates to Performance Management, Projectsand Career Ladder Development Programs.

  • Role will havelittle to no travel requirements, and would be rare.
