To provide details regarding the roles and responsibilities of a Reliability Technician.
2. Primary Purpose of Role:
The primary purpose of this role is to provide Electrical Test capability to the Phoenix Reliability Lab team.
3. Key Goals/Objectives/Activities:
Exceed Customer Expectations with Superior Service.
Understand issues associated with the testing of Analog, Discrete, and IC Components.
This applicant must have a strong background in the operation of Automatic Test Systems and the specific issues associated with setup and correlation of load boards.
Work in a Lab environment while interacting with both colleagues and technical Product Engineering Teams.
Manage key projects as determined by manager.
Understand procedures and protocols related to all aspects of Lab processing, Electrical Testing and ESD practices.
Process workloads to On Time Delivery goals.
4. Processes Owned :
Electrical Testing of Reliability Plans.
Electrical test of customer returns.
Serialization and Lot preparation.
IR reflow processing.

Understand Reliability processing techniques.
Proficiency on the Test systems including the DTS, Eagle 300, Eagle 500, and the T.5 tester for IC components, and the TESEC and FET Testers for Discrete components.
