ON Semiconductor Human Resources Professional in Phoenix, Arizona

ON Semiconductor is seeking a self-driven and motivated professional to join the Human Resources team, located at the global corporate headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona. As a Human Resources professional, you will have a variety of responsibilities and activities including the day to day management of the Global Human Resources SharePoint site, other systems development and process improvement administration. You will also be responsible for additional HR related tasks, as assigned.

DutiesInclude, but are not limited to:

World-wideHuman Resources SharePoint Site Administrator:

Leverage SharePoint as an effective communication tool for employees and managers with a consistent ‘ease of use’ approach

Maintain established site governance

Assist world-wide HR to leverage SharePoint site and facilitate local language translations where appropriate

Drive continued enhancements to the internal HR Portal

Drive 6-month site audit and clean-up effort

Drive yearly review of world-wide site for fresh ‘look and appeal’

Work closely with IT group for technical support and alignment to company standards

SystemsDevelopment and Process Improvement Administration

Partner with HR team on labor compliance process improvements

Assist in Affirmative Action process (extracting data, HR/Manager dissemination/education, good faith efforts tracking and monitoring effectiveness of efforts)

Drive consistency in the HR audit process (internal/external customer, standards and compliance audits)

Assist in effective consolidation, communication and implementation of HR policies, procedures and employee handbook

Be a champion of automation and systems improvements in all areas of HR

Other Responsibilitieswill include

Maintaining records for EEO and affirmative action reporting requirements,

Updating employee handbooks

Conducting research and analyzing data on assigned projects

Assist in the formulation of personnel policies & procedures

5 to 10 years demonstrated ability with SharePoint, SharePoint Designer, workflows and web parts

Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point (skill level will be tested)

Working knowledge of Federal and State Labor laws

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Process mapping abilities

Data retrieving and analysis abilities is a plus

HTML experience is a plus

Effective time management skills in a high volume fast pace environment is essential
