ON Semiconductor HRIS Reporting Technical Analyst in Phoenix, Arizona
As our HRIS Reporting Technical Analyst, you will play a critical role in unlocking the power of insights to drive Human Capital Excellence. You will define, analyze, design and develop the reports and dashboards in partnership with IT functions as well as external vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery of the content to support the Business Goals.
Being a key member of the HRIS team you will partner with HR business stakeholders to understand information needs and key KPIs across the HR functions. You will partner with the technology teams to make sure we develop compelling solutions for day-to-day HR end-users and senior executives.
This position requires a person with strong technical and analytical skills, high detail-orientation, and good written and verbal communication.
To be successful in this position you will need to be able to:
Utilize technology and analytical toolsto develop and analyze enterprise-wide people and other cross-functional dataas needed
Collate multiple data sources, includingCloud and “On-premise” HR systems to provide a 360-degree view of HR analytics
Create, maintain and ensure quality ofkey human resources data sets, reports, and metrics
Ensure that deliverables to the business correspondto the level of the user and how they process information and are focused onbusiness impact
Engage business partners across the organization tounderstand the implications of numbers/analyses and the level and type oflearning and development required to support adoption
Present findings/solutions across a range offunctions and levels of business partners
Partner with offshore team members to deliver reportsand dashboards
Experience working in a global business environmentpreferred
Requirements for the position include:
Experience with Oracle BusinessIntelligence and specifically HCM Analytics, OTBI and BI Publisher
Excellent knowledge and experience ofwriting complex SQL queries
Bachelor’s (or Master’s) degree inBusiness or an analytical field preferred
Minimum 3 years of relevant experiencein HR data management or business analysis
Comfortable working with large sets ofdata. Database knowledge is a plus
Ability to work independently, deal withambiguity, and meet deadlines in a fast moving environment focused on results
Ability to simplify the complex tocommunicate with team, partners and the broader organization
