ON Semiconductor GLOBAL ACCOUNT MGMT, EMS in Phoenix, Arizona

ON Semiconductor is seeking a self-driven and motivated professional to join the Sales team. This position can home office in Arizona, California, Texas, Michigan, Oregon, Pennsylvania, or Maine. As a Global Account Manager for our Electronic Manufacturing Services, you will have the opportunity to work with assigned EMS customers to achieve ON Semiconductor business goals

Performance Objectives:

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop and execute Sales Business Plans andStrategies to maximize revenue growth, increase market share, and position thecompany as a strategic supplier at Key assigned customers.

  • Manage assigned customers and possess goodunderstanding of customer requirements.

  • Develop and establish strong cooperativerelationships with all levels of the customers' organization and departments,as well as drive timely, productive and effective resolution of customerissues.

  • Lead and drive new business demand creationwith Application Engineers and Business Units to secure successful design winpenetrations at customers R&D and design centers.

  • Work closely and support Global team membersand Business Units on Competitor analysis, market intelligence and pricingnegotiations.

  • Provide timely and accurate demand forecastsand close loop communication to ensure smooth support and responsiveness tocustomers.

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in ElectricalEngineering or equivalent, or 10 years of proven success in a similar role

  • 5 years in Sales & Marketing in theSemiconductor industry.

  • Proven track record for developing andexecuting successful Sales Business Plans and Strategies.

  • Experienced in managing large multi-nationalcustomers and possess good understanding of customers' requirements andorganization.

  • Ability to establish strong relationships withall levels of the customers' organization and departments.

  • Proven Track record in driving demand creationand securing new business design wins at key customers.

  • Ability to work home office effectively withGlobal cross-functional team members to execute sales and and achieve businessGoals and Objectives.

  • Professional attitude with excellentinterpersonal and communication skills to interface directly with differentlevels of the customers' organization.

  • Strong presentation skills, plus good writtenand verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to travel globally up to 50% of thetime
