Job Summary:

ON Semiconductor is seeking a skilled GDSii layout expert to support Corporate R&D, located in Phoenix Arizona. The candidate will collaborate with a small team of device and integration experts to code nMOS and pMOS parameterized cells for enabling specialized analog device development.

Performance Objectives:

  • Create parameterized nMOS and pMOS cells usingSKILL code within Cadence layout environment.

  • Ensure pCell construction is correctby design through the use of 0.25um CMOS technology design rule checks.

  • Collaborate closely with seniordevice and integration development engineers.

  • Expected duration is 4-6 weeks.

  • Bachelors in science or engineering.

  • 4 years of experience in semiconductorlayout.

  • Demonstrated parameterized cell constructionusing SKILL code in Cadence

  • Able to perform DRC and LVS within Cadence.

  • Familiarity with CMOS design rules
