onsemi is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Technical Field Sales person to drive sales growth in the East Coast . The role will include driving sales at several key accounts as well as cultivating and driving growth at several smaller account capable of hyper-growth. This individual will need to work with our all three business units at onsemi to drive account and product strategies to enable sales growth and a best-in-class customer experience.
The Ideal Candidate will have the opportunity to:
Establish onsemi as a strategic partner at several key accounts.
Develop strong relationships within business units and marketing teams to identify strategies for growth
Provide a single point of contact for both the customer and onsemi
Develop and execute a Strategic Account Business Plans.
Drive communication and discipline to ensure goal and objective alignment across onsemi divisional boundaries to support the accounts.
Build management relationships between key accounts and onsemi to drive strategic partnerships.
Establish a cooperative partnership between onsemi and your key accounts through timely and productive resolution to all challenges, creation of necessary tools for account performance management, and long range (2 years) strategy planning for mutual success.
A Bachelors' Degree with 5 years Sales experience required, Engineering degree with Semiconductor Sales experience preferred.
Ability to interface with all levels within the accounts as well as within ON Semiconductor.
Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a diverse set of personalities and cultures.
Track record of success managing complex programs and/or projects required.
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
Live in one of these major markets in the East (Charlotte, Philadelphia, Boston).
