This opportunity will ask a candidate to have the following performance objectives:
Manage PROMIS release globally for the company.
Design and develop global shareable solution to meet the need of multiple manufacturing sites.
Work with global and site support teams to test (SIT, Regression Test, UAT) and deploy the release to manufacturing sites.
Debug and fix defect from PROMIS to minimize manufacturing downtime.
Participation on IT projects, work with fellow team members and give guidance as needed.
Provide technical support (L3) for CIM system issues and escalate as needed; Monitor application stability, performance and availability, resolve issue promptly.
Complete all assigned tasks accurately and on time, and provide feedback to management in a timely and appropriate format.
Provide technical suggestion to management for MES roadmap and system integration approach.
