Job Information

Manage SPC/APC solution globally for the company.
Responsibility for analysis and design during implementation projects to meet the need of multiple manufacturing sites.
Work with global and site support teams to test (SIT, Regression Test, UAT) and deploy the release to manufacturing sites.
Leading of technical workshops with customer
Creating of functional spec for the developers
Provide technical support (highest level of support) for manufacturing system issues and escalate as needed; Monitor application stability, performance and availability, resolve issue promptly.
Provide technical suggestion to management for SPC/APC roadmap and system integration approach.
