The onsemi central engineering team is looking for two interns, one in Q1 2024, the other in Q2 2024. The interns will contribute to memory development on leading edge BCD technologies. Memories include NVM and SRAM etc. Work will involves bitcell pcell development, layout DOE, electrical characterization etc.
