ON Semiconductor Digital Design Engineer in Beijing Shi, China

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our growing digital design team based in Beijing. This team is responsible for developing digital functions for our mobile solutions products. These products serve a variety of needs in the mobile system including battery management, communications interfaces, and power conversion. This is a great opportunity for someone who is ready to make an immediate impact and is interested in developing their skills across the entire spectrum of digital design activities including RTL design, verification, logic synthesis, DFT, and physical design.

Performance Objectives

The SuccessfulCandidate will:

  • Performdigital design work across all aspects of the design flow from RTL to GDS.

  • Teamwith digital and analog design engineers to create innovative designsolutions

  • Performverification planning and execute both digital and AMS verification

  • Developsynthesis constraints and perform logic synthesis

  • Implementlogic scan and create scan test vectors

  • Performphysical design

  • BSEE or BSCE required, Masters degree preferred

  • 3-7 years of professional experience.

  • Proven track record of digital RTL design within a collaborative team environment

  • Solid verbal and written English skills

  • Basic working knowledge of mixed-mode verification

  • Experience with Cadence design tools is a plus

  • Broad knowledge in the areas of Verilog RTL design, object oriented programming, logic synthesis, and FPGA is highly desirable
